According to sources, the woman's move to court is aimed at determining if she is indeed the biological mother to Blue.
NewsOne reports that the legal documents indicate that Seals is the woman who actually gave birth to Blue and further associates her with the celebrity couple.
Prior to Blue's birth, there were rumours that Beyonce was only sporting a prosthetic pregnancy and they were planning on getting a surrogate to carry the baby. We all witnessed the bump grow and eventually she went into delivery and shared baby photos of their newborn from the hospital.
A majority of her fans have chosen to trash the rumour, saying that Seals is just delusional but a section of those who believe that the power couple is linked to the Illuminati claim that it could be possible that Seal 'has been used and was used' to breed as a surrogate for the stars.
Other sources reveal that Beyonce is not the first star she has pulled this kind of move on alleging that she previously filled against Kim Kardashian, Mariah Carey and even Kate Middleton.
