Naye Biance alipoulizwa kuhusu suala la kufanya mapenzi, hakusita kueleza wanavyoichukulia.

“Tunaviungo vyote kwa hiyo tunavitumia. Kama tungeweza kuvibadili tungefanya hivyo, ni ingekuwa tofauti- lakini hatuwezi na watoto wanakuja kwanza.”

Flaviana Matata foundation ambayo imeanzishwa na model Flaviana Matata siku ya leo (11/8/2014) itakuwa mkoani Lindi katika muendelezo wa kazi za kuchangia elimu.
Timu ya FMF itakuwa kwenye shule za msingi Mtua huko Nachingwea na Litingi iliyopo Lindi Mjini. Wanafunzi 700 wa shule hizi mbili watapokea vifaa vya shule kutoka Flaviana Matata foundation ambapo shughuli hii imedhaminiwa na PSPF.
Flaviana Matata foundation imewai kufanya kazi kama hizi sehemu tofauti kama Bagamoyo na sehemu nyingine kwenye project za FMF back to school project.

Arsenal 3-0 Man City: 5 things we learned from the Community Shield

As Arsenal hammered Man City in the season's traditional curtain-raiser, we take a look at what we can conclude from our afternoon at Wembley

Arsenal won their first piece of silverware this season, beating Manchester City 3-0 to claim the Community Shield at Wembley.
Santi Cazorla netted the opener before Aaron Ramsey doubled their lead before half-time.
Substitute Olivier Giroud scored a stunner from distance to put the game beyond a weakened Manchester City side, who were missing the likes of Vincent Kompany, Bacary Sagna, Sergio Aguero and Pablo Zabaleta.
And here are five things we learned from the Community Shield.

**We can't take too much from this**

Arsenal were by far the better side and deserved to win by a margin, but it would be foolish to read too much into a game where both sides were missing plenty of first-choice players.
Nobody expects Dedryck Boyata to start when Manchester City open their Premier League title defence next week, and similarly the likes of Bruno Zuculini are incredibly unlikely to feature.
But Manuel Pellegrini will still be bothered by his side's lack of cohesion and urgency.
The Chilean, usually quite reserved, was seen jabbing and prodding feverishly on the touchline during the first half as his side lacked urgency. It's not just the names that need to return to this City side, it's last season's fluency and desire.
Meanwhile for Arsenal, second string or not, it was a great way to finish pre-season with the three Germans yet to return and at least one new signing to come.

Formation men: Pellegrini got it wrong up against Wenger's side

Manuel Pellegrini stuck with Mike Bassett's favourite formation for this game and it was a significant contributory factor in his side getting pummelled.
It is undoubtedly a useful shape, and one that will continue to see a revival this season with the parallel rise of the 3-5-2, but up against Arsenal's classic 4-2-3-1 there was simply too much for Fernando and Yaya Toure to deal with in that central area.
Wenger's men simply overran the game in midfield early on and the champions never got a foothold. Stevan Jovetic didn't particularly drop in and help out his floundering teammates while Edin Dzeko strolled around aimlessly in attack, and it was all too easy for the Gunners.

Walking on Aar: Ramsey celebrates his goal

It's easy to forget, but Aaron Ramsey was the Premier League's best player last season until a certain Uruguayan returned from his ban and started banging in the goals.
This coincided with Ramsey's injury and it led to the unravelling of Arsenal's Premier League title chase, but with a fully-fit Rambo they can once more aspire to fight it out for the championship.
This new version of Ramsey can't possibly be compared to the kid that we saw two or three seasons ago.
Physically he's a different beast, and his game has evolved both defensively - where he is far better - and in terms of adding goals to his game. The Welshman could be one of the league's biggest stars if he can stay fit, but as ever with Wenger's men that seems to be a big 'if'.
New fitness supremo Shad Forsythe has got his work cut out.

Calum Chambers signs for Arsenal — Centre of attention: Chambers did well in the middle

Calum Chambers could prove to be one of the buys of the year at just £16million, with the Saints academy product set to play in three different positions for the Gunners for many years to come.
The Englishman featured at centre-back once again for this game, mainly due to a lack of cover, but acquitted himself well against two players you'd have to consider as top-level strikers.
Wenger has hinted that Chambers may, long-term, be a defensive midfielder for his Arsenal team and that could well be the case. But the Frenchman also now knows that despite the defender's tender years, he can rely on him at centre-back against quality opposition.
(Note to Arsene: You still need to buy a centre-back though)

Attacking riches

San of God: Even Yaya is starting to look like a handy player

It was probably neither team's first XI but the raft of attacking talent on show from Arsenal tells you just how deep their squad is in that area now.
And with Yaya Sanogo emerging from joke territory into something approaching a useful footballer, the Gunners are looking phenomenally well-stocked.
Alexis Sanchez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain played 45 minutes apiece, both dynamic players that bring something different to the party. We also saw Aaron Ramsey impress, Jack Wilshere looking energetic and Santi Cazorla opening the scoring in style.
Then there was Olivier Giroud coming on and netting an absolute ripsnorter, Tomas Rosicky being introduced to conrtol the game in the late stages and Theo Walcott watching on from the stands.
Oh, and Joel Campbell got five minutes to run about and cause trouble.
If Wenger buys a defensive midfielder and/or a centre-back then you can be pretty sure that everything in front of them will take care of itself this season.

Liverpool signed off their pre-season in style with a 4-0 thumping of Borussia Dortmund.
Goals from Daniel Sturridge, Dejan Lovren, Philippe Coutinho and Jordan Henderson saw the Reds run out comfortable winners in front of a packed Anfield.
With their first league game against Southampton now just seven days away Brendan Rodgers is sure to have been pleased from what he saw from his new-look side.
A strong looking starting line-up, shorn only of Adam Lallana and Lazar Markovic, means plenty can be gleaned from the last outing before the big kickoff.
Here's what we and he learned from as their pre-season came to an emphatic close.

Coutinho is the perfect 10

With a certain Mr Suarez now sunning himself for four months in Barcelona there is room for one of those he left behind to take the mantle of main man.
Rodgers' system is characterised by fluidity and versatility but it seems he has earmarked Philippe Coutinho as the linchpin for all of it to float around.
In both senses of the word the Brazilian playmaker was central to everything Liverpool did well on the day.
A constant threat prodding and probing and finding space he was deployed as the number 10, and while others moved around him at will, he stayed put as orchestrator in chief.
Versatile as he may be it seems that, at least to be begin with, he will be Rodgers' perfect 10 to start with.

**Perfect 10: Coutinho impressed in the most important role on the field**

Henderson is Mr Versatile

While Coutinho was relatively static Jordan Henderson moved all over and showed just why Rodgers rates him so highly.
Last term he was used as a central midfielder alongside Steven Gerrard at times and at others in behind the infamous SAS front two.
Against Dortmund he was utilised wider on the right in an attacking three but did nothing to dampen his impact as he again looked like the £20million midfielder he was bought to be.
With numerous signings already in and more to follow there should be plenty of rotation on the red side of Merseyside this season.
But Henderson showed again why he should still be one of the first names on the sheet week in week out.

Manquillo can be the new Arbeloa

Rodgers gave new boy Javier Manquillo the nod at right back while incumbent Glen Johnson was shifted out to the left-hand side of a four-man backline.
And the young Spaniard looked every inch a Liverpool player on his first outing as a Red.
The 20-year-old was good around both boxes and showed enough to suggest that Johnson may well be sweating for his first-team spot sooner rather than later.
Indeed, some interested observers were reminded of a Spanish full-back of years gone by.

Was about to tweet that, so far, Manquillo reminds me of Arbeloa in his running style and closing down.

Injured Lallana and Markovic won't be missed

At times last season the Reds were rightly or wrongly labelled a one-man team.
But that won't be a criticism going through this campaign.
Even shorn of new boys Adam Lallana and Lazar Markovic, Rodgers' side looked a real threat whenever they went forward.
Instead of relying on a certain Uruguayan every week the Reds boss now has a wealth of attacking talent at his disposal.
Sturridge, Sterling, Coutinho, Henderson, Lambert, Suso and Ibe with Lallana and Markovic still to join them should strike fear into opposition managers from the word go.

Sturridge CAN fill the Suarez void

He may have only got on the scoresheet once against Dortmund but the England man showed signs that he will embrace the role as the Reds number one goalgetter.
The nonchalance of the finish for the opener speaks of a man completely comfortable with what he has been tasked to do this season.
Sturridge now looks a world away from the petulant and volatile youngster of just a few years ago - instead he looks every inch a top quality centre forward and should relish the challenge going forward.

Women Now Able To Pee Standing Up Using This Weird New Product

What a milestone for women. In 1920, women were allowed to vote. In 2013, women were allowed to serve on attack submarines. In 2014, women are now able to stand up and pee without making a mess with this new "one and done" pee product.
That's right, with the new Stand Up line of upright peeing products, women are now able to pee literally anywhere like us guys without looking so girly about it. Sure, there have been other products like GO-GIRL that allow women to pee while standing, but this seems to be the first which allows women to throw it away instead of being forced to wash it out like a maniac. These things should be used like toilet paper, not a dinner plate.
Created just this year in San Francisco, the product's site states that they are "committed to providing all women a hygienic and dignified bathroom experience, we invented 'The Stand Up': a biodegradable, disposable peeing accessory that helps women keep their distance from the mess and feel the freedom to go anytime, anywhere." Personally, I think it looks like a party hat.

Still not convinced, ladies? Here's a fun diagram showing how to use the product when you're drunk in an alley and totally forgot to use the bathroom before leaving the bar. Let's face it, that's the only time we all pee outside anyway.

I enjoy the product illustrating how to use it at a toilet. As if sitting down is the lesser preferred option. But then again, maybe it is. I'm not a lady so who am I to judge? Also I'm glad step four is throwing it away. Maybe the most important part of the process I'd say. The product however does not come with toilet paper which is an integral part of a lady using the bathroom, so I guess that part hasn't been advanced unfortunately.
